Our comprehensive home assessment is designed to help you rethink current and anticipate future changes you need to make to your home, including the difficult decision of staying in your home or moving.
rethink Home evaluation will take a baseline of your current housing/housing goals, and will identify current and potential future barriers to living independently in your home. Following assessment we provide written recommendations, including research into product recommendations, and collaboration with related professionals (i.e. local contractor, product manufacturers, etc.)

Virtual assessment in coordination with Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) from a certified wheelchair vendor. Will provide written letter of medical necessity to submit to insurance as justification for coverage of mobility device.
